Shipping and Returns
Wee ship worldwide! If you would like your order shipped to a country that is not listed in our options, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that your destination be added.
All USA Wee Seedling brand clothing orders are eligible for our free shipping (does not include other products). Depending on the weight of your package, it will be shipped via USPS first class package or USPS priority package. If you need your order quickly, you can upgrade shipping to USPS Priority or Priority Express at checkout.
In the case that your order is being shipped outside of the USA, custom fees may be charged by your country. You are responsible for any fees incurred through customs.
If you are checking out through a currency other than USD, your bank card may be charged an additional fee.
Wee strive to ship your order in a timely manner. This all depends on the volume of orders wee receive at any given time. Danielle will aim to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving. Any widespread delays will be posted on social media. Wee thank you for your patience.
Wee want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return your order or exchange sizes, please contact us at email@example.com with a subject line of "Return/Exchange for order #...." Wee will get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.
Returns and exchanges are valid within 30 days of the date of order delivery. Your items must be new in package and show no signs of wear/use. You can receive a refund (minus shipping if applicable) or store credit. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
If you would like to exchange for another size, please choose to return your current order and make a separate purchase through our website for your size up. Right now, we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock.
Sale/Outlet/Seconds/Sample items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund/store credit and if a re-stocking fee applies.
If you are approved, then your refund/store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or store credit.
Where's My Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days after the refund has been processed on our end, please call your bank or credit card company. Processing and posting times vary.
