Return Policy

Wee want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return your order or exchange sizes, please contact us at weeseedling@gmail.com with a subject line of "Return/Exchange for order #...." Wee will get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Returns and exchanges are valid within 14 days of the date of order delivery. Your items must be new in package with tags attached and show no signs of wear/use. Any item returned to us not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts will result in a 25% restocking fee. You can receive a refund (minus shipping if applicable), store credit, or exchange. Gift cards are not eligible for return. 

You will be responsible for shipping charges back to Wee Seedling.

Sale/Outlet/Seconds/Sample items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund/store credit and if a re-stocking fee applies.

If you are approved, then your refund/store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or store credit.

Where's My Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days after the refund has been processed on our end, please call your bank or credit card company. Processing and posting times vary.
